Update 22.02.18

Update 22.02.18 is now available and has the following content:

1. The continuation of the events with the box you got from Bristol in the content of the previous update. You start the event by interacting with the box in your bedroom.

2. You can now access the war system alpha test via the cheat book in your bedroom.

The system isn't done yet, by far, but serves as a proof of concept to show you what to expect. It's mainly missing a lot of dialogs to show the story of the war for each country, and the vanguard battles in Begus and Dorgania.
The main idea is that you either have a lot of vanguard battles that you can take part in, or dialog and choice based battles, for people that don't like the vanguard battle system.

Please note that all dialogs and events in the war system might get changed later.

What is already included in the war system test?
- Movement of Centrals ATK forces.
- Vanguard battles against Amagal, including a two step siege battle against Manastyr.
- You can get the following vanguard items from the war battles in Amagal: Quick Sword, Mithril Dagger, Magic Dagger, Magic Bow, Crystal Rod, Steel Hammer, Good Horse, Nromal Armored Horse, Great Light Armor, Great Medium Armor, and Great Heavy Armor.
- Replay option for all battles.
- Shop to replace the caravan. The shop is always available.
- AP system (Action Points)
- Simplified battle against opponents when you select to leave the battle to the army.
- Little flags appear on conquered locations.

Gimmicks:
- On the command center screen, you can set how much percent of your forces are designated to different locations. If the value of ATK forces at Amagal are 10% or lower, you have a 25% chance to lose the battle at the Yin Tower when you leave the fighting to your army.
- When you had Dai-Xinyue's first scene, you can ask for the help of her hellhounds during the battle at the barracks in Amagal. It has a 25% chance to go wrong though. (Doesn't affect anything at the moment.)
- Dialogs or events at turn 3, 5 and 6. These will be a lot more, and to some degree randomized, in the future.
- Option to attack Dorgania over the sea.
- Ambush when you attack the 2nd troops of Dorgania with the ATK forces near Thremten. The wrong choice will cost 1 additional AP.
- When you advance the ATK troops in the south of Dorgania, they'll start a counter attack.
- When you advance the ATK troops in the south of Begus, they'll start a counter attack.

Features for the war system that aren't done yet:
- All vanguard battles in Begus, Dorgania, and Central, with more special features and boss enemies.
- Events about or affected by the fortification you can build.
- Events affected by the finances screen variables, for example happiness could give you +1 AP.
- More enemy attacks.
- More ways that you can lose battles.
- More story events and choices.
- Events for siege against capitals, with meaningful choices for the player.
- Events about Varea in Amagal, if she is Queen, and how Chiyo reacts.
- Events about Queen Appelia and the Church in Begus.
- Events about the rebels in Dorgania during the war, and how your choices with them affect the war.
- Attacks of bandits or enemy forces within Central.
(Vanguard fight or use 2-3 AP to solve battle. Ignore = 1 DEF troop lost.)
- More events with named side characters or from special locations, for example:
Kurohime, Pumumu, Redwood family, Orchel, Sia, Spirits.
- Effect of breaking the non-agression treaty with Dorgania. (-1 max AP?)
- Events for the preparations before the war, and what they affect during the war.
(For example increase of max AP)
- Events for when a war is won.
- Event for when ALL wars are done.
- Event for when you reach the deadline.

Things to affect events during the war:
- Construction of watchtowers.
- Army percentages set at the command center screen.
- Army skill and equipment level.
- Fortification.
- Production of food like fish, meat, cheese and so on improved the gain of supplies -> Chance for extra AP? Or a moral boost when your moral gets too low?
- Production of furniture and such luxury items will increase the war support -> Chance for extra AP? Or a moral boost when your moral gets too low?

Please let me know if the war battles in Amagal are too hard or too easy, or if the balancing is okay.

Some recommendation's for more in depth soldier autocombat options:

When leaving it to the soldiers add 3 events with which you can decide to take. 1 neutral option, 1 strong option, 1 a weak option, which effects your army's strength. This can be dependent on the 4/3 nations biomes (since the wizzards is essentially the same as yours...), add generals which lead the enemy soldiers which swap out which options are each, then add the ability to observe the enemy army to understand the enemy generals personality which costs an extra action point.

so i decided to stop helping therebels. can i still get sinrul cg??

and how can i capture the rebels if i decided to stop helping them in the harbor attack

Are their any requirements that need to be met before you can build the bakery?. It doesn't pop up for me on the overview map.

Yes. You need to research everything, and you need a farm producing grain to build the windmill to build the backery,

(1 edit)

The archery range stays invisible and i did all the research and i cant access the bakery. any chance i did something wrong?

It's very unlikely that you did something wrong. The way more likely case is that you're still missing something.
Did you upgrade the farm in Aldlyn on the overview map to produce grain? It's the second upgrade of the building, so maybe you missed it after constructing the first upgrade.
Did you build the windmill to make flour out of grain? (It's a bit north-west of the command center building)
If you have both of these things, you should see the construction option of the bakery 2 tiles above the command center.

I found a bug, good horse i obtained from battle with Amagal not showing in my inventory, and it can't be equipped either.

It was indeed a bug, and the reward was a normal horse instead of a good horse. I fixed it for the next upload. Thanks for the report.

I see cg images sex scene while in the middle of tes war system, then it become like this

It's fixed for the next upload.

It seems we are slowly shifting to a good and a bad path for country relationships.

I really just wanted to go to war with Dorgonia because they don't want to solve the slavery problems.

I helped Amagal too much to go to war with them at this point. So is begus.

Most quests of the good path end with the right person taking control over the country, like Chiyo's sister and the queen of begus taking the power away from the church.

I think it would be great to add a vanguard battle where we defeat the demon lord in Begus to conclude that side story with the Queen taking control of her kingdom, making an alliance with Central for life.

Also, I would like to see how your party members react to you going to war against their home kingdom. I don't think chiyo would be okay with you trying to overtake and kill her sister. Nor do I think Sandra would let you just make war orphans just for power. If the game was dinamic as to make party members abandon you based on your choices it would be amazing. Imagine ultimate evil path where there's no friends in your chambers other than the maids, and your prison is stacked with women who wronged you

I actually wanted to ask, if you're gonna bring the Irinlia event-reset option back. I missed to reset it at that time and I rwally regret it. Don't wanna stay on the bad path.

?

Sorry, but there will be no reset option for old content or changes.

Ok thanks for the info

opinion for my squads after play lvl 8 siege of Manastyr:

Note : i play with all squads lv 10 or higher, almost all squads using good armor and weapon. Normal difficulty

-Jessy : Strong enough to fight at center battlefield but she better running away if she face heavy squad.

-Mage squads Lily, Bristol & Frall : very helpful, especially to kill heavy squad. Players need at least one mage squad otherwise they wil get trouble.

-Worilla, Owen, Wendy, Frall : They are monsters :D

-Fang & Kurohime : without healing potion they need one mage or archer to escort them safe to the chest at right side castle, otherwise they will get withdraw.

-Magdalene : almost like Jessy, she better stay away from heavy squad but still helpful to fight mage squads.

-Ailluin : weaker than Wendy but her skill double shots really helpful.

-Alcena & Lenneth : i think i will not use them for hard battle, for Alcena, her enemy taken 0 damage many times.

-Phyrra : her defense make me worry enough, she better stay away from enemy with counterattack. Use her to fight mages is better choice.

-Mia : use Red Salamander and Ice Alraune make her strong enough. She was able to break through heavy squads defense even just scratch.

And i found enemy archer with counterattack ability near the chest.

I'm satisfied with my squads, even there's still small number squads disappoint me. If talking about enemy, i'm only interested with enemy heavy squad. They're strong enough to make lot of my squads running away. The balance from Battle of Manastyr is good, not easy but not make me frustated.

I want to ask how to update my game. Do I need to download the new version or just the files?

On android, you can download and execute the newest .apk to update your game files. Your save files will still be available, and you can continue to play the newest version with them.

If you're on windows, and you have the previous version (22.01.28 in this case), you can use the "update files" to download and replace only the files that have been changed since the last update to your game.
When your version is older than just one update, the safest way to update your game is to download the newest full game version, and copy&paste the entire content of the www/save folder of your previous game folder to the new game folder.
Both options are explained in this video:

Thank you very much for the help

Peace is good for acquiring H-scenes, so must be wars. Are you considering a possibility of Dorganian king falling in battle during war and his widow seeing how she cannot hold control over power-hungry millitary commanders and nobles of the court (maybe even the prince may become her political opponent) offers you to accept peace and a political mariage, all she asks in return is to accept her position as de jure leader of Dorganian kingdom?

The story of what happens in the countries before, during, and after the war will be added later. You'll have to be patient until they are done, to see what will happen. ;)

(1 edit) (+1)

The war battles seem to be well-balanced for Dorgania and Begus. Flavorwise, because Amagal is a bunch of mages playing with high-end magic while everyone joins the army just to avoid starving, I think Amagal's magic troops should be stronger than they currently are and the rest of their troops weaker.

Hi RyenSaotome I have some questions:

1. Are you deciding put Naomi, and Shanna as Squad Leaders?

2. What gonna happend after the war are we gonna rule their domain?

3. Would you make Archbishop of Begus know Queen Jeanne she have sex with us then he gone mad as dictator he take the country power and star the war to Central?

(+1)

1. Naomi and Shanna are currently not planned as squad leaders. However, there are 5 remaining spots for squad leaders in the vanguard forces, that aren't absolutely fix yet. While I have some ideas and names on my list, until those vacant spots get filled, I can still make changes.

2. Even if I started to work on the war system, it'll still take a while before we get to the post-war content. The effect might be different per country, and depending on the choices you made before and during the war, but conquering the country and making it part of your domain would be the main purpose of any war.

3. The events around Begus and the church will continue in the events before and during the war.

Okay thank for the info.
