Update 24.04.09


Changes:

- In Act 4 of the time skip, a !-icon appears at Aldlyn, which triggers an event to unlock a new area in the top left corner of the map.
- The new area will introduce several new characters.
- The events serve to teach you more about legendary monstergirls, and to introduce characters needed for the war phase later in the time skip.
- The fairies on the special island in the brexeet isles were changed to have the same appearance as the fairies in the new area.

- In Lalizan, when you chase Kippy, she now moves on the spot she is hiding behind the palm tree, to make it easier to find her.
- When Kippy is hiding behind the palm tree, a new npc appears near the tent next to her. This slave trader is meant to guide you into that area where Kippy is hiding, but also sells you a slave with a CG scene. The trader stays in this location, even when you advanced Kippy's event. You just need Kippy's event to make him appear.
- The scene of the slave trader gives you a choice, which decides whether you see the CG scene or not, but the outcome is the same, as the slave will end up in your castle either way. She'll be in one of the rooms in the bottom of the sleeping chambers, where Coral and Lace can also be. It's possible to replay the CG scene of the slave regardless of which choice you picked.

- Added a new full body CG image for Earthspirit in the forest of Ebron.
- The CG for the scene with Earthspirit was remade, and the text changed to fit to the new images better. You can check all of the new CGs in the CG room, and replay the scene to see the new text. (CG room page "Non-human 3")
- Added a remake of the full body CG of the Firespirit, including a version without flames. The new images can be seen in the CG room page "Non-human 3."

- Changed the system of the red and blue flame in Lielle's treasure dungeon (with Tourax) to reduce lags due to parallel processes in the background.
- The caravaan trader to buy usable items for the vanguards and exchange artifacts is back. It was gone after the recent changes to the overview map, since the old trading screen was removed. It's now available again as an icon near Aldlyn.
- Fixed the text of Battle/Protection/Magic Knowledge, and Rune Stone research, to show the correct amount that you produced.
- Fixed a bug that caused the old overview map UI to appear after vanguard battles.
- Fixed a bug which caused f-Grey to stay in your group when leaving Fürstenstein in a certain way.
- Fixed a bug with the sparkling speech bubble icons for requests on the country management map. In saves in which they were unusable, using the "turn end" button once will reset the request icons and fix the issue.
- Fixed an issue with the alchemy table in Whisperwind Farm, which caused the quest "Armor Breaking" not to finish properly. People who have the quest not marked as done due to this bug can use the teleport orb item to get the quest log updated.

I know it's a dumb question, but.... what's next after hiring Sinrul to stay neutral, preparing to tunnel beneath Lualombo, and convincing Alexandra to support the rebellion? Mike's not giving any new quests as of yet and I can't seem to forward the Dorgania plotline.

I'm gonna compile a bunch of little things here, and add to them whenever I think of a new one:

Would it be possible to buy all of Shirinsya's riddles at once, maybe for 500k or something? Going back and forth the dozen or so times to get everything is a bit of a pain.

There's one gold pile in the South dungeon dragon's hoard that's stuck behind a stalagmite and can't be reached and I WANT it

After the Ebron foursome scene, Phraan and Eloen can be immediately called on for their solo CGs, but Knocky's CG scene doesn't unlock until the Orchel trade route quest is done. I just think it's a little weird, maybe she should just be added to Ryia's list with the others?

Unlike the other three rescued slaves, Miyako's scene can't be replayed.

Purrrki's CG can be missed if you don't rape her upon the first meeting, but she's a very new character so you're probably already planning to expand on her stuff.

The 3x expensive necklace pickup in the Brexeet islands tower (with the flashy teleport runes) is misspelled as espensive.

Could have some training thing, maybe one of the little things in the command center to increase army skill, to scour the forests clean of those plants that attack you on the world map. Then there wouldn't be any more of the plants on the world map. This would be a good thing because I Hate Them

And here's a big idea I've had floating around in my head for a while:

Despite some evidence of dissent Varea's Amagal seems stable and on an improving trend. Begus seems to have an ongoing storyline with corruption in the church, but it has a sympathetic ruler and its problems seem fixable. That leaves Dorgania.

King Lancafew says slavery in Dorgania is a necessary evil for the country to survive. In a way, he's right. Only with the cheap labor is the mostly-desert country able to farm enough food to support itself. Even if the rebels win, they will be faced with the same choice. But as a vassal state of Central, it would have the excess food produced by more fertile lands while in return giving access to mineral reserves and stuff like that. Arguably, that is the best option long-term for the Dorganian people.

One possible way to work towards annexing Dorgania would be from Palasha. She could, through an alternate ending to her storyline, be turned against her family after seeing what a comparative paradise Central is and realizing the stuff in the paragraph above, that the slavery and suffering she's been trained all her life to ignore is truly not necessary. Having an informant literally inside the royal family, could go great lengths towards ending the war with as little bloodshed as possible. Maybe towards the end she sneaks out at night and opens Kagabangui's gates, allowing a strike force (vanguard battle?) to storm the palace and force the royal family's surrender, and likely saving lives on both sides by preventing a prolonged and costly siege.

Maybe there could be some interesting stuff with some of the rebels (the ones that attacked Minsk?) being more in it for the power and wanting to just replace the monarchs themselves, or just wanted anarchy, which could create some complications after the war proper has ended. And does Mike know Ryen is the king of Central? If not that could be a pretty fun reveal.

Quick question: where do I find the recipe for the Mithril buckets used in the "Anti-heat Equipment" quest? I have access to the deep mine but I can't craft the mithril buckets needed for the lava. 


Right, and how do I recruit Leneth again? I have the command center and unlocked the CG for both harpies, and I unlocked her first CG as well, so... what next?

The weaver gives you three quest for different equipment types. You get the recipe for the Mithril Bucket in one of the other two quest she gives you.

Leneth can be recruited when you interact with the top right icon in the tasks section of the command center screen. It requires that you advanced the events with Jackie and Lexi, that you had sex with Leneth, and that at least one small and one big harpy was captured and released at the big farm. Maybe the part with Jackie and Lexi is missing for you?

On the world map after watchtowers are built, there's one at the far top left edge of Central that blocks direct access to Havaria Port, meaning that after constructing the towers, the player must either pass through the opening forest zone of the academy or use the teleport orb. Would it be possible to move or remove that particular tower?

For the next upload, I changes the watchtowers on the worldmap to be "below" players, so that you can walk through them.

How to go to the golden applE tree the new place? I can't find a way to get in

In Ryen's bedroom is a sparkling book. This book allows you to go to the preview of the time skip area. There you have to select the icon for "Act 4" to get the events with the new area on the map.

There is a sparking book in Ryen's bedroom, which allows you to enter the "time skip preview" map, on which you can play a few events in different acts of the time skip content.
